Jacqueline Cook, President

Jacqueline Cook is currently President of the Board of Trustees. She is a partner at the law firm of Franke, Schultz & Mullen in Kansas City, Missouri, where her primary focus is in the areas of civil and complex litigation as well as appellate work.  Prior to joining the law firm, Ms. Cook served as the Circuit Judge for Division I from 2001-2012, as well as Presiding Judges of the 17th Judicial Circuit, Cass and Johnson Counties.  Her duties included handling circuit felony criminal, circuit civil, domestic cases, as well as serving as Juvenile Judge for the 17th Judicial Circuit and Drug Court Judge for Cass County.

Ms. Cook resides in Belton with her husband of 30 years, Eldon and her daughter, Lauren. Her son, Daniel, is a 2007 Belton high School graduate and a 2011 graduate from the University of Missouri, currently attending the University of Iowa Carver Medical School.
