Belton High School Hall of Fame Nomination Form
The BHS Hall of Fame honors those people connected to BHS, living or deceased, who have distinguished themselves through their achievements, service, and contributions; and, as a result, have been a credit to Belton High School.
The Belton High School Hall of Fame honors the lifetime achievements of those who have distinguished themselves in their professional careers, for service and contributions to their communities or in other ways that reflect positively on the educational foundation received at Belton High School, or those who have, in other ways, contributed to the strength of that foundation.
The success of those inducted into the Belton High School Hall of Fame can be measured in many ways: including career, scholastic or other high achievement; civic activities; service to others, or success despite obstacles in a variety of endeavors. Recipients of Hall of Fame recognition, living or deceased, have established a reputation of honor and serve as models of excellence.
Nominations are taken on a continuous basis. Nominations received by June 30th of each year will be eligible for consideration for induction into that year’s BHS Hall of Fame.
Hall of Fame members are determined by committee. The committee consists of Hall of Fame members, school district staff and members of the community. Recipients of this distinction will be honored at the annual BHS All Class Reunion and Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in October.
Please thoroughly complete all information on this form. Starred items (*) are required for submission. Please provide detailed and complete information about the nominee and his/her accomplishments. We encourage you to provide attachments including a biography, resume, media information documenting accomplishments and awards, etc. As being inducted into the BHS Hall of Fame is quite an honor, nominations should include a thorough documentation of the details of a nominee’s achievements and impact on the community, country and world.
